Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Edudha Education India PVT Ltd. & Applicants:

Edudha Education India Private Limited having its registered office at 638, 6th Floor, Gera’s Imperium Rise, Mulshi, Hinjewadi, Pune 411057, India hereinafter referred to as “Edudha / Referral Partner”

Organizations using Edudha's product are individually referred to as "Vendor" . When a 'Vendor' refers Edudha to a third person, they get called as 'parties'. Together, however, each of them as referred to as Referral Partners.

Any student signing up to use the services of Edudha for their educational needs and purposes with any of Edudha’s Referred Partners will henceforth be referred to as ‘Applicant’.

All Cancellation Policies are to be handled directly between the Referral Partner & the Applicant.

If there is a genuine lapse of service from the Referral Partner, then the Referred Partner may look into the scenario, however, the applicant will have to abide by the terms and conditions signed by the Applicant with the Referral Partner.

Refund Policy:

Each Referral Partner will have their own refund policy depending on the merit of the case. The Referred Partner will not interfere here, unless there is a major lapse of agreement.

As Referral Partner, we request all Applicants to double check all points of agreements and refund or cancellation policies with their respective Referral Partner.

Cancellation of Service with Edudha by a Referral Partner:

The Referral Partner will have to give Edudha a 3 month notice before terminating their service with Edudha.

In the meanwhile, if they are handling any Applicant, a smooth transition in the presence of a representative from Edudha is necessary to another Referral Partner.

The applicant will not bear any extra cost for the cancellation policy or for the transfer to the new referral partner.

All dues, in case of university commission, have to be cleared to Edudha before the termination period.
